Our garage door broke at 7 am and they were to us by 10:15. They had the job completed by 11:30. Both of the men were incredibly kind, thorough, and courteous. They did the job efficiently and well done! Very happy with this service.

Great people!!!! Great service!!!! They went out of their way for us. When everyone else told me it would be a week before they could come out and fix my garage door Mike's was out the next day. They  definitely have my business from now on.

Had a bad spring and Mike was able to come out next morning to fix. He and another person showed up and performed the work quickly and to satisfaction.  

As previously mentioned in a review, they did show up early.  It ended up working out best for my schedule, so I didn't ding them any stars...plus, I've dealt with my fair share of contractors, repair and service techs.  I'll take early over late any day.

The initial quote was just to replace a spring. Upon arrival we were told both springs needed replaced.  He also recommended replacing the rollers.  Came out to $350 total. More than we anticipated, but also wider scope of work than anticipated.

Assuming everything continues working well, we will use them again.

Thank you Mike's Garage Door for fixing my garage door Today. Your work was commendable and your pricing reasonable. I called for a broken garage door that would not close. Mike and his assistant Danny arrived right on time the next day. They quickly figured out the problem (spring guard) and quoted a reasonable price. They had it all fixed in about an hour. They also replaced the rollers to help reduce friction and load on the opener. I am very pleased with the results. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a garage door repair.
